A quick 30 second recovery cinnamon and almond butter protein thumbprint cookie for lazy people

Super simple super quick. Literally will take you no longer than 2 minutes to make this. Enjoy :) 

Ingredients: 
1 bup protein bar cinnamon roll flavor 
Nut butter of choice ( I used d's natural vanillia maple fluff butter) 

Directions: 
 1. Split the protein bar in half and roll into two circles.
2. Place circles on a plate and press a thumb print in the center of both. 
3. Place in microwave for 8-10 seconds no longer! 
4. Take out and use a spoon to add the nut butter of choice in the center thumbprint. 
5. Enjoy!
